Fit Finalization and
Pre-Production Readiness
Pattern development proceeds according to the defined design and measurement framework, followed by the sewing of initial samples. Fit sessions are conducted collaboratively with the client, allowing systematic refinement until the desired fit is finalized.
Once fit approval is achieved, a final prototype sample is sewn in full compliance with the approved fit criteria and detailed product specifications. In parallel, all production accessories such as buttons, zippers and trims are prepared and submitted for client approval. Bulk production is initiated only after final confirmation of both fit and accessories, ensuring consistency and accuracy for white label clothing products entering production.
Sample Dispatch and Logistics
Approved sewn samples are securely shipped worldwide via global express courier services including DHL, FedEx and UPS.
