Payment Structure & Commercial Terms
During the initial stages of cooperation, Primedays applies a sample fee for design, pattern development and sample sewing processes. This fee reflects the high-cost activities involved in early development, including design work, fabric and accessory research, pattern preparation, tailor-made sample sewing and detailed fit evaluations. When sample developments convert into confirmed production orders, we implement a fair sampling policy by deducting 50% of the paid sample fee from the total order value. This approach positions Primedays among responsible clothing suppliers that prioritize transparent development processes.
For products that proceed to production, Primedays typically operates with a down payment followed by a balance payment prior to shipment during early-stage collaborations. Products are released for shipment only after all agreed payments have been completed. As the business relationship develops, payment conditions may be reviewed based on customer performance, allowing flexibility in advance payment ratios, payment terms and commercial facilitation options to support long-term cooperation.
For large-scale, corporate and actively operating global clients, Primedays conducts financial risk and credit limit assessments through internationally recognized credit insurance institutions such as Eximbank, KOFACE and Euler Hermes. When a client’s credit limit is approved, deferred payment terms may be evaluated within the defined limits. This structure reflects Primedays’ approach to supporting clients not only as a manufacturer but also as a long-term commercial partner.
Logistics & Shipment Management
Logistics is one of Primedays’ strongest operational areas and a field in which we continuously invest. We operate with a dedicated logistics department responsible for managing shipment planning, coordination and execution across all stages of the production process. Sample, fabric and accessory shipments are managed in direct integration with approval and feedback cycles to ensure efficiency and speed. This operational strength allows Primedays to operate competitively among international clothing suppliers serving global brands.
Sample and small-volume shipments are handled globally through international express courier services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. For domestic shipments, local courier companies are used, while in regions where global carriers are unavailable, Primedays works with alternative reliable logistics partners to ensure secure delivery.
For completed production orders, Primedays offers all major export delivery models based on customer preference, including FOB Istanbul warehouse delivery, CIF, CFR, EXW and DDP door-to-door service. All shipments are executed in full compliance with Incoterms® 2020 regulations. Transportation is managed through air freight for time-sensitive deliveries, sea freight for high-volume and cost-focused shipments and road transport for Europe and nearby regions. Based on delivery timelines, budget considerations, destination country and customs requirements, we recommend and manage the most suitable transportation solution.
End-to-End Logistics Consultancy & Delivery Flexibility
Primedays provides comprehensive logistics consultancy throughout the entire production and delivery process. We calculate logistics costs in advance, share customs and delivery procedures transparently and integrate logistics models directly into overall product pricing. From design development to final delivery, we offer a single-point service structure that ensures control, consistency and cost transparency. Through this integrated structure, Primedays strengthens its role among reliable clothing suppliers providing full-service manufacturing and logistics support.
Depending on customer preference, Primedays can deliver products locally to logistics providers or fulfillment warehouses organized by the client. Alternatively, we offer worldwide door-to-door delivery under DDP terms, including customs clearance, tax and duty calculations and the transparent sharing of all associated costs.
