At Primedays, we approach manufacturing not merely as a technical execution process but as a long-term business partnership. This perspective forms the foundation of our working philosophy and clearly differentiates us from conventional contract manufacturers. We believe that sustainable growth, operational transparency and shared success are built through strong collaboration rather than transactional production relationships.

With 35 years of industry experience, we specialize in woven garment manufacturing, supported by a dedicated team of 60 professionals. Throughout this journey, we offer comprehensive value-added services including design, product development, fabric sourcing and accessory procurement, enabling us to support our partners across all distribution channels.
SERVICES WE OFFER
Turning Small Quantities into Reality!
Against common industry responses such as “This quantity is not feasible!” , “This fabric cannot meet that price!” or “This delivery timeline is impossible!” we apply an alternative-thinking mindset. The MOQ is 100 units and production can be arranged as 50 units per color for two different colors. In general the minimum order quantity depends on the factory or stock minimum meterage of the selected fabric and this fabric minimum ultimately determines the minimum number of garments that can be produced. By proposing different fabrics, accessories, production techniques or planning methods, we work to make projects achievable. This capability creates a significant advantage for capsule collections, test productions and brands seeking fast market entry.
DESIGN
COLLECTION
Clothing design and collection development combining creative direction with technical evaluation and market awareness. Concepts may begin with sketches, tech packs or visual references and evolve through collaborative refinement with clients. Fabric direction, construction logic and price targets are assessed together to transform design ideas into commercially viable garment collections for global brands.

& Data Security
Confidentiality is one of our core principles for every brand we work with. All designs, patterns, pricing structures and collection-related information are treated as strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties. In private label production, we fully respect brand rights and intellectual property, ensuring that each client’s creative and commercial assets remain protected at every stage of the process.
Single
Point of Contact
Each client is assigned a dedicated account representative who coordinates all processes, including design, production, quality control, logistics and payment workflows. This structure allows operations to move faster, with fewer errors and greater control, while ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout the collaboration.
European & U.S. Market Compliance
We have extensive experience meeting the technical quality expectations, delivery time sensitivity and sustainability and compliance requirements of the European Union and U.S. markets. Our products are developed in alignment with the operational realities of brands selling in these regions, ensuring smooth integration into their existing supply chains.
Manufacturable Design Philosophy
Our design approach prioritizes not only aesthetics but also manufacturability and commercial sustainability. Each design is evaluated in line with target cost levels, target markets and target production quantities. This ensures that creative concepts can be translated into viable, scalable and market-ready products without compromising quality or feasibility.
Long-Term & Recurring Business Model
For Primedays, success is not defined by one-time orders but by recurring, growing and sustainable partnerships. We operate with seasonal, annual and multi-year collaboration models with many of our clients, supporting their development over time rather than focusing on short-term transactions.
Human-Centered, System-Driven Organization
Our processes are digital and systematic, but decision-making is driven by human expertise and experience. Clients do not interact with automated responses or rigid structures but with a real team capable of judgment and flexibility. This balance allows Primedays to remain both adaptable and controlled.
Proactive Risk Management
& Fast Response
In an industry where unexpected challenges are inevitable, we activate alternative solutions quickly, including different fabrics, accessories or delivery timelines. Potential risks related to fabric, accessories, delivery schedules or fit are identified early and never concealed. All issues are communicated immediately together with clear solution options, enabling timely decision-making, minimizing operational risk and maintaining strong control over the production process. This proactive and transparent approach prevents last-minute surprises and is a critical reliability factor, particularly for global brands operating under strict time and quality expectations.
Beyond Manufacturing:
An Organizational Partner
At Primedays, we position ourselves not only as a manufacturer but as a solution partner operating with an organizational and production consultancy mindset. Our core question is not “How can this be produced?” but rather “How can this be executed in the most accurate, sustainable and profitable way?”
By evaluating sourcing rules, production realities, cost structures and operational risks, we offer solutions that are feasible, scalable and sustainable in the long term. This enables our clients to move forward with a strong external production and organizational capability without having to expand internal operational teams.

Brand Building & Growth Perspective
For new brands and start-ups, we provide more than manufacturing support. We actively contribute to defining collection structures, product range balance, optimal quantity planning and identifying products with repeat-order potential.
For established brands, we support collection simplification, optimization of complex products and reducing production costs while preserving perceived quality. For this reason, many of our clients work with Primedays as if we were an external production department integrated into their organization.
Long-Term Ethical Business Mindset
Rather than prioritizing short-term gains, we focus on long-term collaboration, repeat orders and shared growth. At times, this means guiding clients toward solutions that are more sustainable, even if they are less profitable in the short term. This approach is central to our identity as a reliable and sustainable partner.
Primedays is a strategic production partner that thinks like an organizational consultant, makes small quantities feasible, integrates design, production and logistics under a single operational mindset, operates transparently and flexibly and actively carries the operational burden for its partner brands.
